Worst Service Debonairs Pizza Rustenburg Square!!!!

Worst service ever received from Debonairs Pizza at Rustenburg Square!!! Placed my order online 17h33. As I am writing my review, it is 20h06 and I am still waiting for my order. Needless to say, I made another plan in the meantime as I have a child that needs to get dinner. As I was waiting for my order, I phoned the store 8 times. Two of the 8 times, there was answer. First time I was told my order is out of the oven and on it's way, which by then was 1 hour and 10 minutes after I placed my order. The second time I got answer on their phone, I was told to hold the line where the phone was placed down. This is unacceptable!!!!!! Definitely lost a customer and I will not refer any family or friends to Debonairs Pizza!!!
