Debonairs Lakefield Has The Worst Service Ever!!! (24 June 2022) This is the second time around this happens! Where I placed my order at 17H49 The app worked all the time fine no issues all of the sudden when the food is out the kitchen (At Time 18H49) and it shows all off the sudden (At 19H30 He Arrived) "LIVE ORDER TRACKING ID NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT THIS Store" there after multiple calls to the store they said the driver had left 15 to 10 minutes ago already I explained that there is no driver finally phoned him the store gave me his number he goes to another street and tells me to walk around where I gave him specific delivery instructions with a street address, when the arrival of the food it's COLD FOOD not even warm the driver argues with me that the food is not cold but if you see the time frame 18h49 out of the kitchen and he arrived at my place of residence at 19h30? The food can still be warm I send him back with the order but till this point I am waiting for food! I phoned the store multiple times but the employees are rude as well over the phone asked to speak to the manager they told me he has left the store, even the control room guys I phoned they already know my voice and asking me haven't I received my food yet, I spoke to the people in the store asking them why they send me cold food they are arguing with me that the food is warm why did I not pay for it and eat it I have told him why did he not eat cold food I have screenshots proving all the above statements of time frames and live tracking not working!
