Worst service

I'm disappointed by the lack of service that I got from Carlton center Debonairs. I ordered at 19:17 and I'm still waiting for the delivery, I first called at 19:58 and a lady said that I will be getting my order in 10 minutes now they closed. I called again and tried speaking to a manager who just dropped the phone on me while I was checking

This is totally unacceptable if you didn't want to make my order you should of just declined it and I would of been able to order from another company that knows customer service and that would have delivered as promised!!
