Worst service available.

I placed a order at 19:14 on line. After an hour i called the branch to be informed that they are busy but will send it out as the driver is on his way back. After another 30min of waiting i phoned again to enquire about the order. Spoke to the manager to ask him what is going on. Not much help as he could not give me a direct answer. Just said the driver will call me when he leaves. After another 30min i called again same response.

The driver never phoned me and the order showed up at my door after 2:15. I sent the order back as i could not trust the quality of the food as it might have been tampered with.

I will never order again from any of your stores. Trust is broken. Hatfield mall you have failed your customers
