Worst service at debonairs pizza

I ordered a triple decker pizza at Debonairs Braamfontein and requested to have a debonairs white sauce added on my pizza and requested for a delivery as I was in bed because of not feeling well. The person over the phone then told me that the pizza costs R60 and I need to buy for R65 in order my meal gets delivered to me. I then asked the guy to add a cream soda drink, then the bill came to R75. They assured that the delivery will take max 45 min, in which it took close to two hours for my pizza to be delivered.

Then the delivery guy called me and actually told me in a rude manner to come and fetch my pizza as he will not come to my flat because he has so many orders. I then told him that I am not feeling well, hence i requested my meal to be delivered to my door. He then told me again that he will not come to my flat, I should come downstairs to fetch my stuff. I then decided to go outside of the premises and went straight to the delivery guy by the street and used the speed point where it's not even safe. After that service I got, I was given an iron brew instead of the cream soda I ordered and was just told that "we dont have your cream soda". I would've appreciated to be told this over the phone and not just decide to give me what I dont want!.

When I got home , my pizza was so dry and burnt. I didnt taste any cheese or white sauce that I love from debonairs.

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with Debonairs pizza. I honestly dont think that I will ever buy pizza from them ever again .
