worst service and worst run franchise.

i am utterly disgusted at the service of the debonair's franchise in the gateway shopping centre, situated next to mcdonalds. on two occasions visiting the debonairs i was annoyed at the response i got from the staff. after standing and waiting to be assist, the lady behind the counter tells me the ovens are not working. that is not the incident that upset. i then went back a couple days later and the lady busying fanning herself tells me they are cleaning and not taking any order. this by the way at 11.45, almost close to mid -day.<br> <br> im sad to say that is a poor excuse for a franchise. debonairs should really take a look in to who they allow to carry the debonairs brand. the staff attitude is disgusting as well as the service.you should just close down and not waste anyone's time. during both of my visits there was no load shedding so the ovens not being operational or not taking any order is unacceptable. next time put out signs and not leave the front unattended to while people wait and then get told that they cannot be helped.
