Worst service and pizza

Tonight I ordered pizza at 20:28. The driver called me to confirm my location letting me know his on his way with my order and that I should wait outside upon doing so immediately after his call at 20:43 I waited more than an hour outside but he never arrived.

At 21:58 I decided to call the store googled Debonairs Gatesville which led me to the Athlone branch upon asking them the Gatesville contact number to call them they were unable to assist me as they didn’t have there number on hand but said they would get somebody to call me back to assist me at 22:31 I called the athlone store again to find out if she got hold of somebody to contact me, according to her she made WhatsApp contact with the manager at the Gatesville branch who said she would call me but never did, I emphasised that I have a 6 year old daughter awaiting to eat hence we ordered pizza at 20:30 already and she said she would message the manager at the Gatesville branch again.

At 22:45 I received a call from Debonairs Gatesville telling me they sorry but they won’t be able to deliver to my area as it’s late. I then asked him why they couldn’t tell me this at 20:43 when I received his first call he then went ahead and told me he was here to deliver the pizza but they threw stones at him which is impossible because I’ve been siting outside waiting for him he then changed his story again and said they threw stones at him before he reached my place I asked him why I wasn’t informed and he got angry and started shouting at me, I told him I was recording the call and he hanged up, at 22:49 I was called back by a female who asked me to please hold while she reprimanded him to speak to me and not blah blah blah at me to which he kept saying he was here and I told him he was not as I’ve been outside since 20:43 awaiting delivery and he hanged up again (I do have a recording of this where the lady is reprimanding him. At 22:54 I received another call telling me the driver will be here within 5-7 minutes,

At 23:01 a very nice driver who deserves praises for his work as he delivered to us the day before as-well delivered the pizza.

Upon receiving the pizza it was cold it was a half and half cram decker to which I expected half to be chicken and half to be meat as I selected and reads on the receipt but no to my surprise the bottom was meat and top chicken and vice versa the toppings was very little instead of cream cheese it was smothered with mayonnaise which made it unappetising and disgusting as I don’t eat mayonnaise the pizza was not cut into 8 slices I had to cut it further it was cut halfway I ordered at 20:28 as per receipt I received my pizza 23:01.

This is unacceptable and frustrating for such a big franchise to deliver this poor service. The waiting time for delivery is absurd only to receive cold unappetising pizza with little topping on.

I tried leaving a complain online and it kept saying unable to send email please try again

My daughter went to bed without eating I ended up nauseated I have pictures of my pizza, call records as-well as a recording to prove all my statements. Not cool Debonairs Worst service ever.
