Worst service and manager ever

Debonairs Pizza: Florida Road, Durban - Ordered 5 pizza special, driver driver around for 40 min after delivery ETA, pizzas arrived with black dot and were room temperature at best. We asked the driver if he had issues finding us or other deliveries to explain the delay but he refused to even reply. We called to speak to a manager to request a refund, we were rudely told that it's impossible that the pizzas (a stack of 5) could be cold or that the driver would ignore us. Then she refused the refund, dismissed me, refused to give me her name, only identifying herself as the 'Manager' and hung up.

Incredibly disappointed.
