Worst Service

Ordered food online. Money went off my account. Between the call center, the store and helpdesk im being transferred to and fro and all i need is the refund to resubmit the order. No one is interested in helping me, i have no vehicle to get to a store to buy food and no one could be bothered to assist either, i have called 7 times and no help. Every time i get through to help desk, the call gets dropped as someone answers. You guys have the worst service, and no one is willing to even try and help all they do is repeat a script over and over "we understand your frustration, please hold for help desk". All i am asking is for the order to be processed, why must the client be inconvenienced by your system thats not functioning they way it should... I paid for my food!
