Worst service!!!!!!!

Ordered a pizza today at 17h45 and the order arrived at 21h20 cold. I took the pizza and refused to pay as that is what I know I must do("if the dot is black, the pizza is free"). The driver was very violent and took the pizza forcefully from me. I will be opening a case with the police against the driver.
