Worst service

Pizza took over two hours to deliver. Tried calling the store (Banbury Crossing), but always gets redirected to the call centre. After having the call time out twice and having the phone put down on me, I finally reached a call centre agent, but he wasn't able to help other than saying the store manager is busy. Finally got transferred to store manager and he takes no responsibility for the delay and was not helpful at all, he even put the phone down on me.
