Worst service

I ordered a free delivery pizza about a week ago from Debonairs katlehong near hunterfield stadium on friday 31st August 2018 at about 6:07 PM (18:07) South Africa Time = 6:07 PM (18:07) CAT and as usual i was told my order would arrive in about 45 munites or so and i waited until (18:48) decided to call them and find out how far was my order and they said its on its way and i waited till (19:00) and called and they stopped picking up my calls just like that. till today i never heard a word from them. What kind of a service is that?
