Worst service

I had the worst experience with Debonairs Pizza in Kagiso I ordered a pizza on their app on 18.09.20 around 19H00 i got a meesage saying that they have received my order message time was 19H21 an hour later i called them to enquire about where my order was but it went through to their switchboad and i spoke to Sibusiso whom was helpfull since he was not working at the branch in question Sbusiso did all he could he even called the branch(Kagiso) to find out whats happening he said they told him that theres alot of orders coming in so service is slow i said okay and thanked him After that i tried calling again this time it went through to the Kagiso branch and they confirmed that they received the order. Around 21H00 i called again to the branch and they told me that the order is not in their restaurant and not assigned to a driver(order was to be delivered) now question is where is my order now i waited and waited for order to be delivered but to no delivery Now its almost 22H00 im trying to call them its not going through assuming that restaurant is now closed Still have not received my order 22H30 only then Kgotso from Debonairs calls me to enquire if my order was delivered or not apologises for my order not being delivered and organises a way for my refund

But the service was the worst of it all and its not the first time this happens my sister once ordered at the same branch we waited for 2hours for the pizza to arrive it arrived cold and we were promised a 20%discount on the next order but they never gave us the 20% on the next order
