Worst service

<p>I placed my order at 6pm today and delivery was set for 7.30pm and only arrived at 8.17pm. The driver forgot an additional side to my order which was Pop itz. I called the branch and I stated that I either get a full refund as the order was late and one of my sides weren't delivered or they send the driver again with my side dish and I will not pay. The manager, Kauthar, failed to apologize or show any kind of empathy towards the situation and I honestly find that disgusting as I work in customer service and this is unacceptable. Yes the manger agreed to have the side dish re-sent but the service was appalling.</p>
