Worst service!!

Bought the 3 pizza special in march 2020,via the debonairs app, never received my order, phoned the debonairs westville mall and they kept on saying the delivery guy is on his way, eventually after waiting for more than 2 hours, I decided to order from another restaurant.

I was charged for pizza I never received, when I phoned the manager of the westville mall branch, he keeps on saying that he has logged a query and just left it at that, its now more than 2months that I have waited for my refund!!

Outright theft!!
