Worst pizza ordering experience ever!

<p>I placed an online order for a pizza. The Debonairs website displayed the Parow Debonairs branch as one of the recommended branches to deliver to my address. After placing my order and paying for it with my credit card, I received an sms indicating that my order had been accepted and was in the process of bring made. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, I called the branch to track my order, only to be told that they do not deliver to my area. This is completely unacceptable! Not only did the website reccomend that I use this branch (I am within their 5km range), but how on earth does it take 40 minutes for a branch to realise that they do not deliver to an area. It is now almost 2hrs after the order has been placed and I am yet to receive my money back. As a long standing customer of Debonairs, I am terribly dissapointed in the service offered and the lack of remorse for making me wait more than 40 minutes for food that was not even coming....</p>
