Worst Pizza In My Entire Life

My husband and I often buy debonairs, and have never had an issue with the service or quality of the food, however we had what must be the worst experience of our lives yesterday. I ordered a pop itz as well as a veggie double stack. Firstly the pop itz came in a foil container covered by a pamphlet from the counter top...what kind of hygiene is that??? Secondly it was wrapped in foil torn away from a roll...since when??? It was not the flavour we ordered, and was really gross to eat as it wasn't completely baked. The pizza was also uncooked, and the cream cheese filling was either gone off or really stale. To say the least, I threw up after eating dinner as I could not take the grossness of the pizza. I would like my money back and will never support you guys again. ****roach or not, Debonairs is really DISGUSTING!!!!
