Worst Pizza ever

I placed an online order at Maponya Mall at 19 :00 and after numerous calls I was told that they were unable to locate my order and after having spoken to 3 different call center agents a lady called me from the Maponya Mall outlet telling me that they cannot locate my order and the that she will call me back she will try and locate the order she never called back and at 20.48 I received a call from the delivery driver saying that he will deliver in about 30 - 45mins he eventually did deliver about an hour later wish he hadn't because the pizza was disgusting no tomato base no cream cheese no chicken it was burnt, dry, and cold.
