Worst pizza ever.
On the 12th of july I ordered 2 large pizzas with extra cheese from Debonairs in Carlton centre and took the delivery option. I stay 4 mins away from the shopping centre but it took my order 35 to 40 minutes to arrive. When it finally arrived it was cold, and dry and not worth the R245 that i paid.
I complained on the website and this was the response I got:Dear Tsholo

Your complaint has been heard by our Customer Care team who have escalated this to the store manager. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and trust that you accept our apology, we will ensure that such treatment and service is never endured by our loyal guests. An SMS will be sent post feedback from store manager.
From there nothing further was done.
