Worst pizza delivery service

Today I ordered a pizza on the Debonairs App with Debonairs Pan Africa Junction on the app it showed delivery is R15. Immediately after I ordered they marked the order as complete. I thought it’s just a glitch on the app. 30 mins later I called them and they notes the order is done, the driver is about to pick it up. After another 15 mins (45 mins after order placed) the Pan Africa store manager calls to tell us they not delivering because the delivery fee is based on distance and we only paid R15 plus the driver’s tip does not cover the delivery fee. Eventually they agreed they will deliver after some strong words. 2 hours later we still did not receive the pizza, every time we call they say the same story the driver is on his way. In short Debonairs stole from me and I have no proof due to them **********ly marking the order as complete on the app.
