Worst order ever

Good day. I ordered Ke dezember box from Cosmo city mall, triple decker cream chicken with side cheese grillers and 1.5l sprite. It was terrible. No chicken, no cream. Only a few dry chicken pieces and mayonnaise or cream put on corners here and there. Extremely disappointed. I hope this will serve as message to them to serve what is promised. it's not the 1st time I receive a terrible order, I always keep quiet, but this time I felt like voicing it out. hard earned money and I receive the worst service. not cool.
