Worst online service ever!!!

So I ordered pizza online at diepkloof square and three hours later there’s no delivery, I paid and yet they didn’t pitch. There’s no assistance from their call Centre all they do is let us leave a voicemail, it’s exhausting honestly coz I paid and yet I did not get anything. Can someone assist, they can keep their pizza but can I have my money bac****!
