Worst kind of service - consistently

This is the second time I am placing an order with debonairs Parktown and they fail to deliver. Today I placed an order at 17:20 and the lady took my delivery details and they said 45 minutes to and hour. I’ve been waiting since. I mean, why take the order if you know you won’t meet the customers needs. The dishonesty is disheartening and the failure to deliver to the customer is a concern. I don’t think I’ll ever order from these guys again. They don’t seem to care about the customer. How can you be consistent in disappointing a customer- twice .
