Worst Fast Food Service and COLD Pizza

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced from a take away service. Received a call after 30 minutes (when order was almost supposed to arrive) to say they are struggling with the amount of orders and there might be a slight delay of another 20-30 minutes. The woman was hesitant to go and actually check where our order was at when I asked, but came back from the "kitchen" with the same update - probably another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called for another updates (now an hour later). She had to go check, came back and said our order was ready and would be leaving soon. 15 minutes later, I called just to check, the driver had left when we last spoke, he should be there soon. Another 30 minutes later I called again - spoke to both the managers who could not care less and simply repeated what their staff said - they are busy and the order is on our way. No other offer was made, didn't offer me a solution or option of cancelling. Also blamed me for ordering from the restaurant saying we are more than 5km away for delivery so it takes long (we are 8km away on any route on google maps). Eventually our food arrived around 21.30pm - almost 2 hours after we ordered AND COLD! This no care attitude from managers and a restaurant that can clearly not cope with more than 10 customers at a time is just appalling. Debonairs, your food is overpriced, your service is appalling, your attitudes the worst, you're behind on the times in terms of pizza offering and cannot cope with the demands of app based orders. There are plenty of other better places to choose from. Thanks, but never again.
