Worst fast food delivery service

On 15 Dec 2020, I was lazy to cook. I then downloaded the Debonairs app and bought their festive deal. This was at 19h04...order number ***0, payed using my cheue card.I had my parents visiting over with my kids. We waited 3 hours for the pizza to arrive. I called their service number and it rang at 20h38 with no answer. I'm very disappointed with the service given. The driver arrived at 22h00 hooting that the pizza is ready for delivery. My family and I were sleeping already. I came to debonairs maponya mall and spoke to Reneilwe the manager who assured me about the refund that will happen but not today. I went to the HP site only to find a truckload of complaints about service delivery. I provided a solution to the manager but she was not interested. Why are you not meeting your customer demands? I need my refund processed as you were quick to take it.
