Worst Experience with Debonairs Pizza Mega Philani

I had the worst experience ever with Debonairs Pizza in Mega Philani Mall when yesterday I ordered a Pizza at 18:24 and the Pizza was delivered to me at 22:11. You can count how long it took them to deliver my pizza. The pizza was cold, dry and hard to eat as I was dying of hunger, I couldn't eat it. I called the call center twice and the store kept on saying my order is coming while I was waiting for it not knowing it'll take hours. The drinks arrived hot as well. Order no. 173. I'm never buying debonairs pizza again.
