Worst Experience from Debonair Thorntree

Placed an order yesterday, order accepted and payment made online. It's day 2 today and guess what, we're still waiting for delivery from Debonair Thorntree in Soshanguve. No phone call nothing. I expect my R249.90 to be refunded into my account with no hassle. This has been the worst service ever
