Worst experience ever, I'm still angry from what happened.

I had the worst experience in Debonairs Gezina yesterday. Placed an order online at 18h02 while at work and paid for it. When I got home, it was still not there, called them and said the driver is on the way. I had to drive to them at 20h00 to fetch it. The person in front was very rude, told me how it is not her father's business nor hers so I can throw turndrums anyhow I want. She was not remorseful nor gave me any proper reason why my food was late. To make it worse some of the things i ordered was not there, they didnt even bother to let me know or even ask me if I'm willing to take something else she just gave me whatever she had and told me if I dont want it I can leave. To make it worse she told me she will jump over the till and deal with me. Sent complaints through to Debonairs and haven't heard anything from them. How do you entrust someone like that with your business who can tell your customers "that's not her business" she has nothing to loose whereas it pays her bills. She is right, she has nothing to loose even if they fire her but tomorrow she will be working at another person's business with the same attitude.
