Worst experience ever.

<p>Last night at about 19h30, I called Debonairs Walmer to place an order for a standard Something Meaty Pizza. The assistant who answered me informed me that the pizza costs R66.90. I requested they bring change as I had R100 with me. He then said that it would take 45 minutes to an hour. </p> <p>At 20h50, the pizza arrived, stone cold and a mess. I was very surprised by the size as it was the same as the Real Deal. I also was very upset at how it was shoved into the box it looked very unappetising. Moreover, it was so cold the red dot was just black showing it had been cold for a while. I refused to accept it and called the store. I spoke to the manager on duty, Samantha, who in a very condescending manner kept on referring to me as "lovie" . I requested that she rather refer to me by my name as I took offence in this term og "lovie". I informed her of my dissatisfaction. She then offered to send another pizza. This was now 21h00. At 21h10 she called me and informed me that my pizza was ready and would be delivered soon. We waited, and at 21h26 she called to ask if we had received it yet. I then told her that we had not. At 21h52, the pizza was delivered. The delivery person had no change so her then went to a nearby shop to get change, which he returned with at 22h00. We ended up paying R70.00 for a substandard pizza so ineffectively the store overcharged us on top of giving us the worst service I have ever experienced at Debonairs. </p> <p>Now I have always ordered from Walmer, this was not my first time. Let me say how utterly disappointed I am in the service I received last night. The shocking unprofessional manner in which orders are taken is very concerning to say the least, but then after speaking to the person in charge I can understand why. We ordered food at half past seven, we ate at 10. If that order was to have been delivered to Grahamstown they would have got it before us, and this is a town 150km away from us! We only live 10 minutes away from the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our experience with Debonairs Walmer has left us with the resolution that we will never order anything from them again. It ruined a relaxed evening and left us hungry and disappointed. </p>
