Worst Experience Ever

On Sunday, the 18th of Feb, I ordered the "On the Triple" @ 16:25, at 17:00, the store calls me to say my order is delayed so I said okay cause it does happen sometimes, at 17:30, No order. At 18:00, still no order, called debonairs they said they would find out for me, half an hour later still no response, the pizza comes after 2 hours, boxes are smashed and wet. This pizza costs r270, that's a lot of money. My family and I were waiting for this cause it was our supper but had to make other arrangements after, very disappointing, I wasn't even offered a discount from the person who called me, he says if he had powers he would give me a discount.... Never Ordering Debonairs Again!!!!!!
