Worst ever service & Do they know the meaning of CLEAN

Debonairs Bay West has got to be the worst ever. In general this company seem to have a real don't care attitude towards customer complaints.

Last year myself and other customers waited for orders at their Bay West branch when a staff member dropped a Pizza on the floor. She picked it up and proceeded to put it in the box WITH THE MANAGER ALSO AT THE BACK. I called him and cancelled my order and so did the rest of the customers waiting. The guy had such a don't give a **** attitude and his attitude had everyone talking and cancelling their orders.

Fast forward a few months later, I received the wrong order. Then on another occasion I had to cancel my order because they mixed up an order.

When I ordered online from Hunters Retreat, some of the the prices were different to the in-store prices and when I asked about this, they did not know what to do. No one could provide me with a customer service email address.

Then a month ago we bought 4 large pizzas and when we got home and opened it, I decided to throw it all away. I don't know if these know they are working with food and check the pizzas AND the boxes.

My very last experience was when they advertised their friendzy promotion and did not have the code on the boxes at Bay West branch. I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the competition commission. They run promotions but don't care or bother to advise customers via email. I received one call which I missed but no email response regarding that complaint.

While some stores are clean, friendly staff etc. their management seems to be like their workers. Don't give AF and don't bother with customer service. Nevermind customer service, if I cannot trust a place that works with food to be clean or check their staff, equipment etc. I won't bother again, not after more than two bad experiences. No you ask yourself how many other customers get this experience and how often does it happen.

Worst ever service. If you buy at Bay West mall, make sure you look at the staff handling your food and CHECK your food PROPERLY before you eat.
