Worst delivery service on earth!!!
Well, Debonairs Pizza Butterworth branch is just always disappointing me. I have now been waiting for 3 hours. They do not pick up the phone anymore. When I called 2 hours ago, they said the food was ready and would be out on delivery in a few minutes. I live a couple if streets away. This branch honestly has the worst service ever. Every time I order from them it ends in a fight because I always have to wait for hours on end. What's also frustrating is that this is a small town so there aren't many options and they're the only place that delivers. But their delivery service is always so disgusting!!!

23 Dec 2018, 17:30The branch is gonna close soon, still nothing. I had to call a friend who works there because the phone just rings and no one answers. I had to call her on her personal cell phone. She checked and apparently my order has been out for delivery for close to an hour. I literally live a fwe streets away. It doesn't take an hour to walk here. She doesn't know where the driver is. I'm so annoyed and disgusted at the service, honestly. It's gonna be 4 hours of waiting. The store is gonna close. I still don't have my food, or an explanation of what is going on.
