Worst delivery service ever!

Good day. I received bad service from Debonairs Pizza Moreleta. I placed an order (#***3) on the app on 07 July 2021 at 11:48 and only received it at 12:57. I asked the delivery guy if they are busy and he told me not really. So what could be the reason for a small pizza and cheese grillers to take over an hour? I would think that with COVID you will go the extra mile to keep clients happy. It's sad to say that they are the only branch that can deliver, so that means that I'll have to support someone else if I want pizza, cause I can't wait so long.
