Worst Debonairs to order from in Kagiso

The worst place to order your pizza, I orders my family feast which consists of 2 triple decker pizzas and a 2ltr coke. I called and I was informed that they can not do it over the phone, I must do it on the app. I did the order on the appa from 18:23pm. It is now 21:17pm the store has even closed no order to be seen. When you do the tracking with their stupid app, they go offline deliberately so you don't have to see anything. This is disgusting, we were hoping to have a meal before a long drive but unfortunately we were left stranded. Debonairs Kagiso is the worst.
