Worst Debonairs pizza I've ever had!

Order: ***7 - Debonairs Lifestyle Crossing, ordered online on 22 August 2019.

I used to, for years and years, order weekly from Debonairs Rangeview when I lived in Noordheuwel in Krugersdorp. Every Friday it arrived piping hot, fluffly soft, brimming with toppings, juicy, cheesy, and awesome. Visiting for the weekend and staying in my friend's house in Constantia Kloof, I so craved my regular Debonairs order. Was meant to be a real treat tonight. WHAT A ****** DISAPPOINTMENT. After nearly an hour I received a lukewarm box (dot was black) with a piece of cold, tasteless, dried out, cardboard pizza, specks of cheese (burnt to a crisp), hardly any topping.

Really? THIS was the pizza I missed and craved whilst living overseas for years? What happened to your standards? I've noticed your prices have increased (and justifiably so) - but, sadly, it seems your quality has decreased.

It was pathetic. And so is your customer service. I have since sent THREE emails to your info address, and have not received any response. So you've left me no choice but to name and shame you here.

I want my money back!
