Worst service ever. Placed the order online and paid online. 1 hour before delivery and no call from them to inform me that they are perhaps busy. This is the second time in 2 weeks. On the 28th of November we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for the same order we made today and when the Subs arrived it was so hard it sounded like a crunchie as i guess it baked while standing on that hot plate warmers. Called in a few times previously only to find out they did not know they will be busy they do not have enough drivers. Last time we logged a complaint and the manager phoned and said they will work on it and next time we must phone him. Well we did not even bother to phone him today. It seems like they can not manage a fast food delivery service perhaps they should open a slow food delivery business.
