Worst Debonairs Experience!!!

I've had the worst experience with Debonairs Pizza Princess Crossing, the worst part is that, this is the second time this has happened. The first encounter was on my birthday on the 29th of December and the second time on the 28th of March, both encounters same story, we ordered a triple decker pizza online and asked that they remove the tomato and replace it with mushrooms, then I added a green chilli in a tub and bought grillers. So the pizza was missing the meat topping, it was so flat, the tomato was there and we didn't get any chilli in a tub yet we paid for it. I'm furious because we called Debonairs and told them our problem and they said they'll get back to us, yet a week has passed with no communication.

Is this how they treat their customers?
