WORST DEBONAIRS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never order at Debonairs Durbanville when you’re hungry or having a good day you’ll be extremely disappointed - the driver and manager cover each other’s backs leaving the customer agitated.

I waited for my food for over an hour. I called the restaurant numerous times to find out where the driver is because he marked my food delivered. I waited outside and he drove past me. The driver never notified my and never called me. The driver proceeded to lie and say he was in my complex but he can’t access without me opening for him and when I asked the name of the complex he didn’t know yet he claimed all the units were closed inside the complex and no one was out. I asked for a resolution from the branch manager and she only said “I’m sorry” and didn’t even know protocol.

Debonairs Sunningdale is by far the best. The drivers call you if they seem lost or don’t see anyone outside, if they don’t have airtime they inform the branch and the branch will inform you that the driver is outside.
