worst customer service experience

Customers of Debonairs Pizza be warned!!! should you have a problem with your online order for Debonairs Pizza, customer service centre will not help you, order online at your own risk!!! This is what happened to me on the 24th of December 2020, I ordered the festive deal special for R199 from Debonairs Pizza app for the first time because I was not feeling well so I decided to order online, I was very disappointed with my order as the pizza was not the way I expected after waiting for over an hour. The order was cold, the Margheritas were dry and barely had cheese on them, the triple decker was even worse, the top layer was raw and also barely had cheese. I took pictures of the order and sent a complaint immediately on the app the response was that they will contact me shortly but they didn’t till today after few days I decided that it was very rude of them and I will not just let it go even a sorry I deserve…on the 29th of December I sent an email to customer service centre they responded the next day with this number CAS-***-G4D8T5 FB-CRM:*** and they needed details of purchase, I responded immediately with the screenshot from the app with all the details and Provided the location that is Princess crossing Roodepoort till today they never responded. My question is where else do we send customer complaints if their customer service centre has also a bad service?
