Worst customer service ever @ Debonairs Menlyn

<p>We went to Debonairs Menlyn on Sunday night, ordered the chicken double stack. We took one bite of the pizza it was horrible. We then took the pizza back to Debonairs explaining the issues with the pizza that the cream cheese the pizza was supposed to have tasted like runny mushroom sauce and there was very little cheese on the pizza, Upon complaining to the manager VUSI, he was so disrespectful and arragant. He made us beg, argue and plead for them to make a new one. I am a calm person by nature by he made me so upset that I could feel my blood pressure rising he argued with this for over half an hour in front of other customers in the Menlyn food court, refusing point blank to budge. Eventually after this went on for over half an hour causing such a scene he agreed after all the commotion. We asked that they replace it with the chicken tikka pizza which was R 25 cheaper and that he needed to give us the difference which he also refused. After much more argueing he eventually agreed. Never in the history of Debonairs have I come across such a low calibre manager, we regurlars at the Glenfair branch and whenever we have a problem the manager does not behave in such a fashion he apologises and replaces the pizza as they understand these things happen. He should not be in that position as he is not fit to be a manager. He does not respect customers. ANYONE GOING TO DEBONAIRS MENLYN SHOULD STEER CLEAR AS IF YOU EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PIZZA THERE WILL BE PROBLEMS. YOUR CONCERNS WILL NOT BE ADDRESS BUT ONLY SHUT DOWN AND DISRESPECTED.</p>
