Worst customer service ever

Most pathetic service ever, called belhar branch at 18h20 to order 2 large pizza they took my order and told me 90 minutes delivery , called them back at 7h30 only to find out the branch is closed. And no pizza delivered , no feedback nothing , phoned the number given to track my order , asked if i wanted to speak to a manager , nobody answered. Is this the kind of services you represent?????
