Worst customer service

Worst service for Hatfield Debonairs, waited for more than 25mins for my order on a Tuesday evening, the least busiest day of the week. When l checked in the first 15mins, my order hasn't been prepared and the chef somehow missed. As a student, l am truly disappointed.
