worst customer service

I had the worst experience at melkbosstrand branch. <br> <br> I made an online order for half /half triple deck large pizza. With double extra feta. I open pizza. No feta Carmen, explained she would let the manager know I phoned carmen, who was very helpful. Told me again she would speak to the manager and inform the delivery guy,andries, who was very helpful. <br> <br> The delivery guy comes back not knowing what I was talking about. I call the office again, the manager , as she states , Tobeka, tells me according to them. They put on feta. I literally opened the pizza up in front of the delivery guy and there was no feta. The more I tell her there is no feta. The more she tells me. There is feta. She basically says I'm a ****. We end up arguing. She wants to give feta to me separate. Doesn't apologise. Until I ask her to apologise. 2 hours later. I am late for work. I hope Willem the real manager sorts out tobeka. Worst service ever.
