Worst customer service!

I placed an order for delivery from debonaires Grahamstown in New Street at 7pm, at 9 pm the driver calls me to ask for directions, telling me that they do not deliver after 7, I asked him why this was not communicated with me telephonic ally since my order was paid for, including delivery fee and tip... Only for him to tell me that he's doing me a favour and asked whether I want my pizza or not. This is completely unprofessional! If this is how paying customers are treated, then they should rather stop taking orders at all, this is the 2nd time having this encounter, what's worse is that I had to walk to go get my "cold pizza" because he refused to drive into my street
