Worst customer service

I placed an order at 5pm and the lady I spoke with confirmed my order and when I got to Debonairs Saveways Emalahleni, they told me that my order was not received and I called the landline back to ask what happened to my order and they just tell me that there was a technical error, why on earth would they not notify me with that issue cos they have my cell number? I drove all the way for nothing, this is the worst company ever.
