Worst customer care, don’t know why I never learn

I ordered pizza on Saturday for it to be delivered 2 and a half hours later, cold and with damaged packaging. I had been making calls and following up with Debonairs Jabulani (they don’t answer their phone) and the call centre. I was told that it takes an hour and a half for deliveries. The status on the app could not be verified as the app would continuously kick me out.
