Worst bad client service ever

the store manager couldn't assist be with the refund but instead he dropped my call ,I bought pizza via the App at Debonairs pizza Mthatha ikwezi engen paid it online, it's been 11 days since I've been waiting for the refund of which MondayI did went to the store to submit my bank statement, And no one called me for follow up as they promised.. I hate how this company treats clients cause it's very rude to drop someone's call while they need to be assisted
