I went online and purchased pizzas and few extras as dinner on the 11 October for Brits. Received a call from a Lebogang Mary Motshwari who is as rude as they come said “we don’t deliver at night in your place, why didn’t call and ask? After i said to her i was not aware. She continued shouting and saying they won’t deliver but will deliver the following day. I asked why would i order food for the following day? She said she will call me back. +- 30 minutes after she calls and says i will be refunded in 72 hours thats after arguing over how was i to know and we wanted something to it. While on the call on the app the order moved from being prepared to delivered! I told her we want dinner and they should refund so i make other means. She said everyone knows they need to call first before ordering for delivery. That’s a first i always order online and never experienced such. Over all her rudeness 🥵 refund me and teach your employees how to talk to people. Manner of approach was off
