Worsed Service i Ever Received

Bad,Bad Service i ever received ,i called 30 min before i got in the shop as i know they're closing at 6pm,in 10 min arrived in the Shop,to my Suprise they did not process my order "As they did not Trust that i will come ,and when i got there i asked where is my order they said,i have to wait ,Wow ,now i ask a Question ,why they did not mention that they will not process my Order as they promissed on the Phone,i had to deal with A yelling Manager ,like screaming at me that ,i am not their only customer,and thet they always get calls and people never come to get their order,Question is am i those people? I am ****ed if only i was not getting it for Kids i would have left,but i promised the kids i will bring them a pizza when i come
