Worsed service ever

Tjo I've never in my life experienced such bad service, Debonairs Tsakane mall is a disaster, their service is so very poor. I order a pizza at 17:55 and I only received my order at 20:32,worse...the pizza is burnt. I called them several times trying to find out how far is my order and they told me to hold for the manager and I waited for about 5min. The other day I ordered a triple decker and it was raw, and the delivery was late. That place should close down, the stuff is also rude
